Lever/Lever
A lever is a rod that pivots around the point. When you apply force to the end, the fulcrum is likely to rotate in the direction that the force is applied. This rotates the fulcrum, increasing the force applied which allows you to lift or move something that would require more force if you were to apply it directly to the load.
The distance between the fulcrum of the lever and the point at which you apply force determines the most effective movement. This is referred to as the mechanical advantage. The more the lever extends, the larger the mechanical advantage. You can calculate mechanical advantage by dividing distance from fulcrum point to the point at which you are applying force by distance between the fulcrum's point and the end of lever.
Levers also have various effects depending on how the forces are applied. A lever in class 2, for example is prone to turning in the opposite direction once the force applied to it. If you press on the handle of a door the force will create similar rotational effects to this.
However, levers don't create energy. They simply multiply the force you exert by converting a small amount of effort across a large distance into a larger amount of force that is applied over a smaller distance. This is what allows you to complete more work in less time, and it is the reason why levers are frequently employed to lift heavy objects or moving large amounts of cargo. This is also the basis behind levers found in many everyday tools such as crowbars and fishing rods, hammer claws and even your own legs when you stand on the hand brake of your car.
Lever/Pad
Lever pad handles, also known as upvc door handles, feature levers on both sides to operate the multipoint locks. Lever pad handles are available in a variety of finishes & variations and can be installed on a variety of materials that include UPVC doors, Aluminium doors & Timber Doors. They are sold in pairs for the outer and inner door with spindles & screws included. They are available in hand and unhandled versions to suit different users.
They can be used to replace the existing doors made of upvc. This type of handle is also popular for interior doors like bedrooms, where you may want to restrict access from the outside.
Snib buttons may cause problems in certain circumstances, especially when you have old locks and warped doors. If the snib switch is accidentally pressed by someone who isn't familiar with it, the door could be slammed and you locked out. You can usually gain entry by knocking the door frame or the letterbox. But, this is not ideal.

Lever/Moveable Pad
This popular style of handle is used for front doors. It is advantageous because it has the benefit of preventing the door being opened without a key from the outside in the event that the lock has not been deadlocked. This is accomplished through a 'pad' shaped external handle which locks in the gap between the handles and lock case to prevent the latch from being pulled back or the door being opened.
This handle is designed to work with uPVC multipoint locks that use a split spindle mechanism. This type of operation requires that the lever handle and external pad handle be attached to the same lock case. This could be a straightforward change from the current uPVC handles, but it could also require a change to the lock case or even a new set of handles to accommodate this additional function.

The lever/lever handles are among the most popular kinds of upvc door handles. They are available in various designs. It consists of two inline handles that can be moved and locked by a thumbturn cylinder, or keys. A pad handle can be used as a substitute to lever/lever handles. It is made up of one that is fixed or moveable that can be used to operate the lock. These Fullex handles have a sprung lever pad as well as a snib, which can be activated in order to hold the latch.
